I know eLance has a Tracker tool, but when calls can occur at random times, how do I contract someone to answer calls at random times without paying for a block of time?

Talking to a lender on the phone, reading some random mail that I need to verify insurance with someone etc.

Just like these so called tapes that random people have that are direct to the SEller and exclusive..

A twist push action randomly lit middle of night..

I am in the business of real estate, not real estate investing (again, for the most part).Of course, if random people ask me what I do for a living, I often use the term "investor," as it's easier than delving into semantics with people who probably don't care very much either way

I get a kick out of traveling through the airport in my Hogs shirt and having someone randomly yell that out.  

For some reason, there is this myth that buying any random piece of property and holding it for 30 years will make a great investment. 

I never went with them but I am still part time and working off of a yellow letter campaign and random dumb luck. 

In fact, in my opinion, the all-knowing, all-powerful creature appearing out of nowhere seems a lot more unlikely than a bunch of random particles appearing out of nowhere.

If someone chooses one of these companies randomly and just accepts their claims without verification and without understanding the market and the landlording business, the odds are better than even they will end up taking a loss.
