Lenders will qualify you based on the rental income covering the full mortgage payment. 

For colleges with a large international student base, MTR can work because parents will stay longer, but for short-term and likely for UTA, short-term would work, but also would expose you to way more occupancy.

I've been tuning into the BiggerPockets podcast for a while, and I've finally decided to metaphorically pull the trigger on starting my journey in real estate.

Based on the court foreclosure documents, there are automatic silent liens of estate/inheritance tax from the NJ as well US.

So, I get it, why many here don't see the value, it is probably based on personal experience.

I'd probably lean more towards Richardson than Carrollton based on what the people I know say about schools.
