Hi @Hank Wedow and@Tony Fendi, I am interested in pursuing Rochester student housing as well and am interested in picking your brain as to what proximity you feel is ideal for the U of R and RIT students. 

The first time we went to see the property we couldn't get into the one unit because the key was missing, so we were not able to physically measure. 

Location and proximity to fire hydrants, and paid fire stations would also be a critical rating factor.

It's a decent rental market due largely to its proximity to Fort Campbell.  

I should mention I am looking to invest in remote markets, so a physical walkthrough is not an option.
