there are prospective tenants who would be great using your property within their own business model, but just make sure you understand the insurance and liability implications of this.

Maybe we are being forced into a colder world, where people just buy builder grade BS, and things are just treated as roofs over peoples heads, but feel is something human that cannot be taken away, and a good agent understands this and their buyers.

Read books, have conversations and after a while you will understand how the more successful wholesalers conduct their business.  

Hi, people/clients would definitely agree that Ohio is a good place to invest in real estate.

Thanks for the response I should have made myself more clear plan on posting it for sale in FB groups for STR owners and sellers as there seems to be a large of people looking for off and on market properties there hopefully can get lucky and find someone serious.

I know many people here feel umbrella insurance is the way to go.

@Dennis O'Loughlinsorry if I am not understanding but... it sounds like most of these options are just using debt to take out more debt. 

@Holly PetersonWe see many lending in a junior position and not checking on status of the first and then the first goes into default and accrues very high interest that eventually wipes them out.Always make sure you understand full picture
