The rent to price ratio here almost matches the RTP ratio of the C class areas but the main trade off you experience with access to better tenants is that the taxes are higher.

The extra fees for every little thing are a huge turn-off - $35/day for heated pool and be notified a week in advance OR pay another fee - no thanks. $75 for propane usage - I can go buy a small grill and tank for less than that - again no thanks.

I pay attention to see if they have been renovated and if they have the same amount of bed/bathrooms, also if it has a pool or not.
