I don't run into that at hotels, probably because they train their cleaning people.

I fronted all of the money for down payment and ongoing expenses, and we split the profit/loss at the end of the flip. 

Instead, look to educate yourself through an apprenticeship where you get some hands-on training. 

No clients, no training, no BP, and the technology was not as good as today. 

We aren't getting enough into the union training programs.

Outside building looks great, that picture that I put in is the back of the building.I went at Saturday night to check on neighborhood, pub next door had loud music, train pass across the street of the building as well :)
