Unfortunately they will make all the promises and say all the right things but the follow through is non existent.

Are there 'preferred' DSCR lenders folks here in the BP community have utilized?

The structure has been we are loaned the money at 0% but the lender is getting a big chunk of equity.

This InvestorLift requires an upfront $5k non refundable and looks to me like there is no option for inspections....curious what others take on this site is.Thank you in advance, I'm fully committed and learning daily...love this site and it's members

Most lenders dont do construction loans ...most  construction lenders - wont do loans for  rental  properties
