Being my age I am considering looking into another job that relates to real estate that will give me more experience and insight into the industry which will allow me to apply it to my own future portfolio even if it means taking a reasonable pay cut.

Let's see how it all goes, the items were basically things that we all forget when moving and it's helpful to have in my opinion.I plan on doing this for each unit, it's a memorable gift/item and while some people would never provide it, if the tenant stays more than one year the gift pays for itself in my mind!

I am very interested in investing in REITs or in online crowd-funding projects to have as a good source of cash-flows, yet I cant seem to find an online broker or crowd-funding website that allows international citizens and international banks.
