My reason for being on here is that a life friend ask me to advertise his Mansion for sell as he does not use it any longer and his son died and he seen all the squabbling over his few possessions and it changed his life.

And I realize how important it is to "slam every nickle" into the mortgage because when I used one of those mortgage calculators, adding an additional 100-200 dollars makes a HUGE difference in the amount of interest you would pay out for the life of the loan.

Granted you may THINK you're only going to stay 5 years, but then LIFE HAPPENS.

My comment to them was, I use my money to make more money and don't buy things I don't need or can't resell for a profit.Don't get me wrong, I have fun and enjoy life, but I always try to find a way to have someone else pay for the things I want!

More than anything, I need a job, but I think I am passed the point in my life where I could be certified as a real estate sales person.

Now I'm financially free for life.
