I know this is a very basis question but how do you guys recommend collecting application fees for a beginner? 

The unit has been approved for the Section 8 program via an application and inspection verifying it meets health and safety standard.

The application of their limited liability is untested/proven. 

We already went through the application process and permits are ready to go but the previous contractors was unable to start the job.

In order to incentivizes applicants, I did a two year lease option.
