“I sold xxx homes in the last year”“I have multiple designations.”etc.Do any of the above claims distinguish them from other realtors?

I have booked around 40 STR properties over the last 6 years and one of our rules is no new properties/hosts, we want to see the history from previous guests.

Ever since Hurricane Ida, the last major storm to hit us in AUG 2021, construction costs (material and labor) in our area are up about 25-30%.

Last tenants claimed they "did not smoke anything at all" but when we posted their 3-day notice, the pot smell was lurking out from under the front door. 

You should try several different spellings of their name on these govt websites such as: last name only; last name and first name; last name, first name and middle name.  

Curious as to what anyone else’s experience with them has been.I have not worked with them but heard Jeff speak at a conference last week.  

Also 4th quarter of last year Packwood and county officially did discuss potentially regulating STR's by either limiting numbers or adding a tax to cover increases in local services that are needed.

I find that the best lenders/brokers out there are the ones that care about you as the individual and are willing to cultivate a mutually beneficial relationship that lasts a long time.
