My Vrbo account manager sent me an invitation to a Vrbo mastermind meeting.They went over settings you can change.I did change my direct booking setting from direct booking with 7 day window to just direct book.I changed some of my minimum stay settings and made sure sure I had a discount for week or longer bookings.I got 2 different 7 day bookings in June this afternoon at our Lake house.Coincidence?

Do I need to make payments to contractors, etc from accounts with the LLC name on them or can the accounts just have my first and last name (personal accounts)?

Once you start to scale and/or need to use a loan in the name of an entity, you'll want to start an LLC for that and accounting purposes. 

My accountant told me there are two ways to get a cost segregation study, one being the expensive route where an engineer comes onsite and does it.

Use a brokerage account (e.g. schwab, Fidelity, etc.) for the ~5%.

There are other areas in town that may offer more opportunities like the ones listed above but that doesn't mean you can't make that strategy a success outside of them.With Intel plant there are a lot of people coming into the area involved with the construction of the plant.
