I know that I can transfer ownership at any time and recognize that its probably not absolutely necessary to create a corporation or company prior to purchasing the property even if I do decide to go that route rather than opting for personal ownership.

I would interview and check references on anyone you think of using and most certainly take your time and think through your possible scenarios.Here are some good questions I tell people to ask to see if the PM they are talking to are professionals or people that do it out of something to offset their other business or job..Questions to Ask prospective management companies What are your average days on market for vacant homes?

I would like to give you some homework...1- Contact 1-2 lenders to get pre-approved on a loan so you know what you have to work with.2- "interview" 2-4 local real estate agents.
