Costs stayed low and I'm set to soon be making some incredible cashflow for the amount invested.

Now I plan on taking the profits from this house and start building my real estate portfolio down here in FL to help build generational wealth and honor my father.Thats sounds like an incredible strategy and a great way to carry on your father's legacy of taking care of the next generation.

With money being so incredibly cheap and easy I don't understand why any wholesaler wouldn't just do the deal?!?!  

I would love to connect to some members of this community and hear a little more about their stories and use it as motivation to help me get where it is that I desire to go and find my path for success. 

If someone offers 30k over asking, but a similar property down the street sold for 10k over list, this will provide a better insight and awareness of a buyer's true motivation/intentions.

Banks have little motivation to get more reasonable fees.
