-investing in rental properties and STRs?

I typically log in once a week to check pricing, make changes as needed.

There is a property in OTR doing 250k and several others at 200k.

Have a problem in the forums?

I'm very careful to avoid publishing the addresses and the addresses don't appear in the videos or the photos. 

This sounds like a great strategy to me since this would substantially lower my down payment in a deal.

Housing lots/ subdivision, self storage, commercial, parking, rv park, etc3.

so it turned into an accidental flip.i have one i did in 2021-2022 that broke even when i finished, but now cash flows well because i've been able to raise the rent a few times.happy to help further

Agents and anyone in this industry got lucky and used to the COVID times when things were insane.
