I, the owner, living in one unit of this two-unit building, was never told this.

Hello, I currently live in California and have been successfully managing my multiple properties in the Frisco (Texas) area for the last 3 years.

Reason I ask, is, you may be living in your first rental. 

I worked for a group of real estate investors when i lived in Phoenix Arizona for about 3 years before having to move closer to my family here in Columbia, SC.

We have a property we very much want to buy where the low utility/property tax bills would allow us to be able to thrive living in with our limited income, so we are hoping to sell immediately.

With properties, you can live in them for 2 of the past 5 years and waive a massive amount of capital gains taxes on the sale via Section 121. 

I live in Las Vegas and now that I am in a position to buy, I have been looking at properties on Zillow.

I received email from wealthability stating that my year had ended and they need monthly payments to continue wealthability from here on, for their live webinars.
