Employment will continue to rise.Inflation fueled by debt will be the greatest threat by end of the year, but I think we've seen this year that it's a delayed risk which the stock market/mortgage rates can overlook in the short run.In Atlanta, I think we'll see rents continue to rise sharply while new construction continues to spin up and non-investor buyers come back into the market.I think multi-national companies, domestic consumer goods/services, and foreign markets will outperform this year.Take this with a grain of salt.

Anyone choosing to using an out-of-state (foreign entity) should consult with an attorney or at the very least review how the state defines "doing business" in their state.

Supposedly, Conspiracy theorists contend that the governments of the United States, Canada, and Mexico are already taking steps to implement such a currency, as part of a "North American Union (NAU)" No current members of any country's government have officially stated a desire to create such a body, nor introduce a common currency, but does this sound fishy to anyone else but me as to why nobody's talking about this?
