If the travel slows down....it most likely will be to the fly to destinations and not the drive to destinations.

However, there are cities where property taxes are above average and you can still make the numbers work because rental income is also above average.All my rentals are out of state (I live in Arizona) so another factor I consider is can I fly there non-stop.

My iPhone does a better job, and I can adjust lighting and brightness on the fly, then upload in the app.  

Also, make sure they are Johnny on the spot with their communication, as you are flying blind if you are an OOS investor.* Have separate bank accounts for your personal checking and your rental business to build your cash reserves with direct deposits from your PM on rent collected.

I have purchased it at 5,500,000 peso which translates to about 100k. in about two weeks I will be flying out to get the keys and furnish the place.
