I'd be skeptical about access to a train station raising value tremendously (let alone 2X) in an American city.  

Unfortunately my wife is a little old fashioned so I still get statements by mail. 

I will also get a new HELOC on my personal home from Mountain American CU in Utah for similar rates etc.

Does anyone have some inputs on American Fork UT, and its nearby surrounding areas?

So much for that...One thing: I did call American express who are questioning the near $800 charge for the rental, and that might very well be my best course forward.

Tenant does notify us of any possible repairs in a timely fashion.  

FYI, for anyone using Home Depot's vendor American Woodmark, these are RTA cabinets that already come assembled and are way overpriced, find a local or online vendor.

Only a stupid American would sell their CA RE.  

Though, the only caveat to that would be that it is far less expensive to build new structures than buy old ones, plus with building you get to ensure that it is of American quality, rather than the Ecuadorean quality.
