Wholesaling isn't as easy as these books and gurus make it out to be.My opinion: You're better off becoming an agent and making commissions that way. 

I definitely see both sides and we are all adults.If in fact the lady had an agreement with the agent that he/she would be representing her, then he should have said that she could get more on the open market.

Did your agent suggest letting them out of the contract because the agent didn't want trouble?

I have befriended a real estate agent (who has become a true friend) and her son (who has aspirations to get started in real estate as well) and he has a house that will be vacant and is looking to rent it out.

You see, most property managers and real estate agents do not own investment properties and could never really understand the trials and tribulations of owning investments.

The problem is that I don’t really know where to go from here - I’ve talked to the agent who wants to sell quick but don’t know the exact steps from here on out (it’s my first time doing anything in real estate).
