They are long on stories and excuses. 

So please excuse all my typos or errors. i'm currently reading and listening to bigger pockets books and podcast pretty much everyday.

My excuse was not wanting to get involved in something I had no idea how to do, and not wanting to lose money because of that lack of knowledge. 

Not one mailing ever went out on time every week it was a different excuse.

I added one of these posts in the marketplace, but unsure if that was more of a "broad" reach to the entire community vs one of these state specific targeted sub-forums, so excuse me if this is the wrong area for posting!

GC proceeded to give many excuses and not do any work.  

Our company has been lending for 8 years and are very well known in our area, but it doesn't excuse how reckless people are with their information.

Finding the really good deals seems to be the tough part in my market but no excuses just gotta keep looking.

Hi All,So i found a real estate agent and loan officer thru bigger pocket referrals and was ready to meet with them.....until i asked for references AND both hit me with what I feel to be a lame excuse.
