I co-host a monthly meetup event called Wisconsin Apartment Investors Meetup that would be a great networking resource for you.

I would recommned to set a reserve fund of 5k for each investment property in the event something comes up. 

I'm keeping my eyes out for any events I can make and just keep learning, networking and now going to start analyzing and potentially looking for a deal to jump on. 

We ended up choosing a smaller outfit that had a bad event about 3 yrs ago you can find here.
