Hey BP community I curious about how you guys might find funding for a distressed apartment complex that 20 units in a quiet community but would probably need to do some TLC on all units the selling price is 1.5 million which I think could be negotiated down just because of the work that needs to be done to it.How would you guys handle this or maybe just some tips?
