I recently put in an offer on duplex but discovered a cracked foundation during the inspection.

I just moved into my first house hack duplex less than 2 miles from ECU's campus.

My preference is duplex to quads but I guess I could be open to turn key.

I am working on getting the funding for a duplex now and i need to get a grasp on certain things to make them easier for me in the long run.

My duplex cash flows at 0.92%.

We currently live in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and have about 16 units (mix between single, duplex and triplex units) that we manage.
