I was left property from my husband that Belonged in his c-corporation and he was the only stock holder.

The profits will still belong to the IRA, as the LLC is held within the IRA. 

The first step is to realize that little houses with debt do not belong in LLCs.Search - 'I am trying to refi my house but it's in an LLC and all I can get are crummy balloons and high commercial rates'  or "I triggered the due on sale clause and jacked up my title chain quitclaiming my little house with debt to an LLC', or many others relating to insurance and filing taxes and not having any real liability protection anyway.I use LLCs to hold my commercial 5+ unit buildings so am not anti-LLC, but this asset type with a mortgage is oil and water IMO.

We get together at a bar, have a little drink and a little food and hang out and talk about real estate.No classes, no speeches, no sales pitches.

After he left she was ok for a couple months until she went off her bi-polar meds and resumed drinking heavily and smoking crystal. 

I tend to wake up around 4 as well to read real estate investment articles/forums and drink the morning joe.

If you or someone you know lost a house, as the fires are put out, and it's time to rebuild, I know there are many unscrupulous people that try to swoop in and take advantage of those that are still in shock over the loss of their homes and belongings, the elderly, etc.

@Omar Khan  I have had my bad days... its not been all wine and roses and a meteoric rise.. other wise I would be sipping umbrella drinks..
