Before that there was an issue with the refrigerator and it wasn't cooling.We had it fix before, now today he is saying it is warm and not cooling I asked him last week were all the appliances working and is the refrigerator working.

House-hacking is a warm-up to that, at best.

There are six more books on the shelf waiting for me, and by the time I finish them, I'm sure I will have added to my list.I joined this website and posted an introduction and also my insane fears, and I was so warmly welcomed by everyone here.Okay, maybe not everyone (that would be thousands and thousands of posts and nothing else would ever get done around here), but enough people responded to me that I did feel, almost immediately, like I belonged here.

Also OOS clients like the fact that there are two non biased inspections ( City and then the state, as we do 80% govt tenants,)  looking over their property and they can see what must be done, so gives them that warm and fuzzy feeling  . 

I feel like this discussion shows a lot of "marketing" warm leads come out of Facebook.I'm looking for actual motivated sellers- i.e. a need to sell quickly for cash.

Anything you can upload and create potential warm audiences from do it.

Everyone warms a conversation differently, a few questions about the property and then I tell the person I want to do a little research on pricing, based on what they've shared.

I am not here to bring you cookies and give you a warm glass of milk just because you prefer an echo chamber for your ideas.
