Sure, perhaps I'm a big naive but I honestly want to keep a good relationship since their security deposit is so low I don't want them to destroy the place.That being said, the tenant was surprised that I could and would actually deny them.

Evictions are taking about 4-5 months and we've had to pay some tenants to leave because evictions were taking to long and they were destroying our properties.Needless to say, come the new year, we're selling all of our properties in Rochester and reinvesting elsewhere.

Oren is talking about a commercial property which is worlds apart from residential transactions.Even before an LOI the listing broker should have had you sign a confidentiality agreement.This agreement spells out what info will be released and that it should be returned or destroyed and not shared with anyone else etc.
