Oren is talking about a commercial property which is worlds apart from residential transactions.Even before an LOI the listing broker should have had you sign a confidentiality agreement.This agreement spells out what info will be released and that it should be returned or destroyed and not shared with anyone else etc.

The tenant that did leave said they are destroying the property and stripping it to buy/sell meth.
