This is part of what I received this morning.The storage units that were approved are to be made of sturdy plastic, approximately 6 feet high, 2 feet deep and 4 feet wide and “MUST BE LOCKABLE”.The storage units may be purchased by the unit owner OR at the expense of the tenant.For your convenience we have enclosed pictures of 4 containers that are approved.Any items that cannot be stored inside of these containers and placed against the wall in front of the designated parking space WILL BE REMOVED AT THE UNIT OWNERS ESPENSE!

One of the most tramatic events for a out of area landlord is changing PM's  either their turn key company went out of business and folded PM  or PM company folds.. seen that many times.. so you always want to have a pulse on who you can move to if needed.The marketing of turn key is as you state Alex a very fluid thing with turnkey marketers who are really just real estate brokers but for some reason kind of hide behind a veil of non disclosure until you deep in the deal...
