I have an opportunity to invest in a self-storage DST in Houston.  Anyone have any thoughts about self-storage in its current cycle and the location?  Is the self-storage market overheated?

The complete answer to your question is really - any type of investment real estate anywhere in the US (if you sold in the US) or a couple of territories including commercial residential and special products called Tenants in Common and Delaware Statutory Trusts.

I'm actually more interested in the bare land as it directly borders my current property and the house does not.
