I don't think NAR/CAR realized they back-doored themselves when they started providing data to third party sites.

I was kind of ego driven at first and wanted more or less to say I had income properties. 

I like how the data is laid out. 

If it feels right and you did your do diligence and are comfortable with your data then make the deal.

Sites like realtor.com aggregrate the data.

Guys like LeGrand have been through several 'cycles,' and all say that (unlike being part and parcel of the 'traditional' sphere of orbit) these methodologies work in EVERY climate, demographic, angle and at all levels!

That said, there are some smart, driven, articulate people on BP who I would be comfortable researching working with.

It would be great for us to learn and try to extrapolate the data.
