But if one wants to get other rental market data (day to rent, average rental vacany) what is a good source? 

Currently, we own 3 lots and are in the process of building the first single-family rental which should be done by summer.

So just know that you need to really research how the auction process works where you are at.

Some of the orgs have silly, or poorly thought out internal processes that lead to issues like this.Not a good sign, as several have mentioned.Recommend getting to the bottom of it or replacing them.

I see the chart but it doesn't have Reno on it and you don't mention any numbers for Reno to compare with that chart.This is National macro data comparing regions.

I think yes to the LLC but you can do that after you purchase. it makes things unnecessarily complicated IMO for the purchase process.

I think we will see 50 BPS, 25, 25  at least and then let it sit there, unless data is NOT in our favor.
