I have fairly large hall closets in each unit that can be sacrificed in order to accommodate a furnace with very little duct work needed. 

I replaced all of the electrical, plumbing, put in central air and heat along with the ducting.  

I just got duplex in Windsor for 100K and it passed inspection with flying colors.

Very helpful, although not inexpensive.Thomas Bros sold out to Rand McNally a few years back and seems to be out of the custom map busines but continues to offer maps for select metro areas.As Michael Seeker suggested, just find the map you need and have printed (and mounted) by local printer with banner format printer.I've also found MS Maps & Trips useful by creating community separate maps, adding radii circles and printing out 8 X 11 via color printer.

I would buy 5 dollar a gallon oops paint at Menards or Home Depo then get 5 cans and throw em all together so I could paint an entire building or several apts one color.

The same with the number of light fixtures, type of lighting, electrical systems, HVAC system requested (ductless/ducted/etc).

Same for Dryer ducts.

Paid someone else to replace the ducts, system.All the time and money with duct cleaning was a total waste!
