What you get in addition to all of the wholesale, fix and flip and Funding educational program you already paid for is "life coaching" from his wife (a mother of ten) who raises her kids and homeschools.

Astro Flipping is just a fancy way of selling online coaching.

I work with quite a few BP members, some I just coach them through filing their own returns and may review it quickly before filing.  

Then I caught it when the trainer typed in the name on his address bar as "Realflow," good catch because now I have that software and with all of the information on this site, my local REIA and the meet-up club i joined, I think I can replace their $49,997 coaching.  

I read that book, took the course, and became a coach of the class.
