You can also have your agent do a comparative market analysis for the area around the subject property and also pull lease information from the MLS.Have you used the Rental Properties Calculator here on Bigger Pockets to determine if this is a good deal?

Sorry just not a fanand I do have to agree with @Marian Smith on her run down that it is the "look" the will really determine if a property will be able to become timeless. 

Ben might be right, but you need to do the work to determine if he is or isn't. 

As I've mentioned to you in the past, this is not a commercial property where its market value is determined from the cap rates of other nearby commercial properties.  

I first think you need to determine your purpose for even having a website. 

My initial plan is to learn about the different investment strategies, determine what will work best for me now and in the future, learn some more, and then pull the trigger.

You'd need to be pretty tax savvy, or at least more so than I, to determine if the example I'll give would make sense tax-wise.

When you get to court and they tell the judge that they were withholding rent because of repairs that you did not do the judge will determine whether or not they followed the proper procedure.

So far, no luck, but I believe with enough determination I will eventually be able to find a property.
