While living in Japan I started studying real-estate via Bigger Pockets. 

This is the reason I joined bigger pockets.

I love the community that has been built and is continuing to be built here at bigger pockets.

Keep in mind the bigger space you have, the more you can charge on rents.

I am shadowing you bigger pockets agents and investors by starting these discussions and using your responses as guidance.

By the way, I love the Bigger Pockets community, and I look forward to contributing more in the near future.

Hello Bigger Pockets family,Here is my current situation, my current credit is in the mid's 500's , I have income close to the $90's / year, but no money down.I will have access to maybe $7k by next year.

"If part of your plan is to live there let that be your deciding factor first.Tampa is a bigger city, more things to do, more amenities.

Otherwise, going from one to the other (walking home from work, then armchair in the evening) is awkward and time-consuming.Please investigate what it would take to add this feature to all Bigger Pockets books that include both audio and e-text editions!
