The auction is this Sunday, August 16.

This is our first time participating in online house auction.

While my team and I still bid at auctions and bid on REO's, HUD Homes, Homepath, Homesteps, etc. the vast majority of my deals are coming from off market, direct sources (e.g. direct mail, bandit signs).

I have zero experience in real estate investing but am trying to figure out county tax sale auctions.

Went to an auction today and just have to share this.

I can tell you driving for dollars works, direct mail, cold calling, auctions, going to eviction court and talking to the landlords, and networking.

Personally I think it's a waste of time, REO sell too quick, everyone can see them on the MLS/HUD/AUCTIONS, they require large down payments & proof of funds the LLC strategy takes to long.

hellofirst of all i would like to praise you for being a good tenant. second i would advise you not to spend anymore money with regard to the property. you have to understand that the property still belongs to the landlord even if it's you who's been paying for all the upgrades and repairs, it is actually not your responsibility to pay for the repairs.
