Had one lady complain it was too hot in Hawaii, had one complain it rained too much so they couldn’t enjoy all the activities they wanted to, and one just said how great it was. 

First, I would really like to step back away from having a lot of time consumed maintaining my home and divert it to learning and be actively investing in real estate.

I've listened to BP for a few months and figure it's time to be actively involved in my success. 

Just because I am not really active on this forum does not make me less real.

@Daniel Moctezuma Sounds like you were wholesaling, which in many states is considered to be practicing real estate without a license - an illegal activity. 

The conversations are better as you're only talking with interested and engaged folks.On the flip side, it can be a cash grab, if the sponsor is lazy or the meetup has not gained traction in the local market.

I am looking actively myself right now.

They have a Google Group that is VERY active and you will learn a ton just by talking to the other NARPM members.
