I have tried searching online along with trying to talk with people that I see around job sites but have not had much luck.

Plan on looking at all leases, all unit interiors to access any repairs that need to be done or any upgrades your strategy calls for. 

The skills of the photographers are very impressive and 95% of houses marketed online are misleading in my humble opinion!

Access was mentioned as consideration and check rentfaxpro as they somehow rate quality of PMs available as well.

There was another thread here recently where someone bought from an online auction and couldn't get financing because he couldn't get access to the property.

I am curious to know if I am allowed to take the pre-licensing course online.

I've enrolled in an inexpensive course on analyzing real estate investments and have set up various online saved searches to forward me houses that meet certain criteria. 

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding an NJ specific online pre-licensing course that they have used?

I submitted an online application to BBVA and got an email stating approved amount of $44K, this is before title search and their property value check.
