The most successful RE people I guarantee have made their fair share of mistakes, but have learned from it and continued on to be successful.

From my day job I do know a couple successful people in commercial real estate so I will be talking over with them too for their input.  

If any of you is willing to advice or suggest on ideas and thoughts of what would be a good route to financial freedom and becoming a successful real estate investor.   

The successful wholesalers are really expert marketers and most are spending a lot of money monthly on their business .
