I know there have been many threads started on Coronavirus and it's impact on STR's over the past few days, but I wanted to share this data that Airdna published today detailing the affects of it on different types of STR markets.

How is the Covid-19 affecting everyone’s business?

I was just worried that if I put in too much time for both that my studies would be affected.

Banks might also be not working will full capacity and that may affect closings too ?

And how has the FUD factor of the CoronaVirus affected your overall acquisition strategy? 

How does everyone feel this pandemic is going to affect our business and market? 

I would agree with that with the Charleston, SC area too as tourism and hospitality are huge here and will definitely be affected by the coronavirus. 

I’m sure everyone is aware of the corona virus and how it’s affecting the economy and the talks about there being a recession.

Rents are affected by environment and if some of the building "needs some work", you won't get top dollar or maybe not even market rent.

I don't know how our tenants will be affected.
