I had plastic installed on the ground in the crawlspace. 

Ceramic tile is great, but too often it's installed improperly.

It's click lock and fairly easy to install. 

How complex is it to have another water meter installed?

No idea how much it costs to get it ready, paint the stripes and install the solar powered credit card machine.  

Always leave porch light on and one light inside on and I almost always install appliances right before closing the sale.

Mine says that I'm going to take common sense safety precautions - locking doors and windows at night, but that if a thief comes in the dark of night (or while nobody is on site) and steals something it is not my fault.That being said, I've got a whole darn warehouse where fixtures get stored until the day they get installed... for precisely this reason.

We installed a brand new roof including all brand new plywood, new wood-look tile flooring, carpet, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, windows, new sliding glass door, ceilings fans, fixtures, replastered and new tile to the pool and put in new pump and filter, landscaping, brand new garage door and opened up the kitchen for a more open floor plan plus many other repairs, the list goes on and on.  

So, I had new flooring installed in this new rent house, but it cost me $2000.

What would you reccomend I install in it's place?
