Peter - While I'd like to welcome you to the site, it seems that once again HGTV has sent its interns (or otherwise) to come to this and other forums to pitch their various TV shows.

You can't retire, you can't put your kids through college, you can't do anything on that money.

I just want you to read people's posts and to internalize what they are saying before you go on the attack about things.

Since i dont have any money and i need to go to college.

This morning I've already been on the phone, talking to a broker who has another multiunit listing in the same city and basically just trying to get more information about the market.As far as not having any brains, I actually think that I'm relatively intelligent (I went to a top tier eastern college, have a law degree and have been working in private practice doing high end estate planning and probate for 8 years) and going about this in a fairly reasonable way.

Graduated from college a year and half ago.

I have done a fair bit of international business and travel.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.As you may have seen in my introduction post I am 24, 1.5 years out of college.

Started my own landscaping business when I was 16..but it ended went I went away to college.
