If you decide to plow your time into cost drivers (bookkeeping, taxes, and research), then you're going to have a really tough time scaling. 

My advice may be a bit contrarian but I don't think you should wait any longer than you have to...it won't hurt, but nobody is ever mad that they bought earlier than they were ready.
