I have heard of people getting residual income from cell phone sites, bill board sites, but what about sites setup for the power company?    

@Sharon Houseworth  don't want to really comment on something I have  experience with, which is rare after 40 years, but it sounds like fraud or theft by trick or device.

My google number forwards to my cell phone and always announces itself that I have a caller calling from my google number.

Instead of physically to your property to help troubleshoot, you could have had a quick video conference (cellphones) where you could ask your assistant to operate the door entry, while you see it on your cell phone.
