I always refer out my good vendors, and so far they have always been very grateful and I get the benefit of priority, small freebies, and overall better work.With referrals, you are still a source of income as a customer, but you are also a source of income as advertisement, making you more valuable to them.If you have enough work to keep them nearly full time employed then it may be a different scenario.

Even though I have been able to spend a little more time here recently, I have done so very quietly and parked my car elsewhere, I still can not get my work life organized as I fear freely coming and going, and not being at home makes it so discombobulating.( I am self employed and schedule inspection appointments and write reports for work) Narc. cop says be patient, but I will be bankrupt if something doesn't give sooner than later and even if I win (big if), or sell it will be months and I could have to pay all his expenses.

I have a borrower (self-employed) who is purchasing a 640k property in Orlando area who has had to clear up unexpected conditions in order to obtain a loan commitment, but he has done what was needed and we're back on track.However, we need a few days closing extension and the Listing Agent is difficult, likely because from what I hear, she has a buyer ready and she would get the entire 6% Points real estate commission.I'm trying to be nice, but the listing agent and her title agent refuse to surrender the seller's contact info.
