My Realtor is getting the commission on the way win in and out so I told him he would have to sell it for 5% but still offer the buyer's agent the full 3%.

My job may be outsourced w/in the next yr or two, so I'm looking about a yr & 1/2 to 2 yrs ahead to get some sort of business up & running.

And they can reposition that into a property that can generate income.That's a great win-win
