Any tips for first time flipping if better to sub contract or hire contractor...

My is Nick and I just Relocated to the San Antonio area from California.

I have already found a buyer or two, and am going to see if I can visit other buyers to add to my list.

We recently purchased a triplex (California).

I just live in California.

Beyond that, you should be able to find a lender who will work with you, make some calls, visit local and regional banks and credit unions.

I'm looking for a local to correspond with as I'm in Southern California. 

I'll have to check it out, but thanks to the wonderful state of CA.... a LLC is 800 min for me, so it's unlikely it'll make sense here for a long long time.

Lots of people talk a great game, but suddenly can't get back to you, can't make time, have no organized process for scheduling a visit, can't show you properties, etc., when you actually try to lay eyes on the product.

I retired and moved here from Silicon Valley, California about two years ago.
