The US has the most diverse real estate market in the entire universe and what holds true in Manhattan certainly won't in Podunktown WV, Smallville KS, etc., nothing against those states :) So why should the numbers?

I would recommend using a Realtor or better yet getting your license for your own access.Logan Square is virtually impossible, look at Avondale or surrounding areas.Im very familiar with Bridgeport, looking right now there are 12 multi units under $400K.

I chalked it up to not having an agent list the house, but now I have a buddy doing one with a "top" agent, and I don't think they have even given a single tour.Major employers/economic drivers are a university and an air force base, so lots of people who are here for a few years, but may leave and not want to buy.
