I have a quick question:Suppose I hire a virtual assistant overseas and require assistant to place some calls to prospects, what are my options with regards to phone calling options/software they will use overseas to reach our American clients that is affordable?

Im currently looking for my first small multi family property that is close to Highpoint University.

I had a small, single owner business as a remodeling contractor where I learned virtually everything about rehabbing a property.

The US has the most diverse real estate market in the entire universe and what holds true in Manhattan certainly won't in Podunktown WV, Smallville KS, etc., nothing against those states :)  So why should the numbers?  

I would recommend using a Realtor or better yet getting your license for your own access.Logan Square is virtually impossible, look at Avondale or surrounding areas.Im very familiar with Bridgeport,  looking right now there are 12 multi units under $400K.  

I own some land in Yell County and property on Mount Nebo and had been looking in to investing in Russellville- at least around the University or Skyline Drive area. 

I chalked it up to not having an agent list the house, but now I have a buddy doing one with a "top" agent, and I don't think they have even given a single tour.Major employers/economic drivers are a university and an air force base, so lots of people who are here for a few years, but may leave and not want to buy.
