I for one would dislike being pushed into a box, I'd prefer to choose my own stuff...and it really ain't that hard.Interesting concept though, I just do not see the value for a veteran Contractor or Imvestor.I'd ask for references before using them...

@Matthew Kwan, he is asking why the underwriters will not allow him to use the proposed rental income from the subject property at time of purchase.

Historically the market slowed down in the months prior, as people tend to freeze in the face of uncertainty. 

I am like understand 70% of it.

The plan was to fix up that house an rent it out long term but with the market being high and I was moving out of the area it made more sense to sell at time. 

If this is done, then 75% of the gross rent for your current primary can be used to offset the mortgage debt of that property to 0.

I have a nice recommendation list of providers from my RE agent, but a lot of those do not provide coverage for a Quad property as supposedly they are considered a commercial property.So I wanted to ask here1.
