We plan to add all of those under our trust.

As we are local we plan to do some of the work ourselves, but we will hire a contractor for the bigger issues. 

Tenant was impatient, and wanted to calll someone who could come right away  - I specifically asked (in writing) my tenant NOT to call another service because my warranty would be invalidated if he did, tand he agreed (in writeing - this was a text thread).

Because we had super low inventory and they had specific tastes, it took several years for them to find the right property.

One of my colleagues house hacks himself, and I plan on doing it as well once I can get the cash to put money down!

I am planning on putting down 30% and take loan on the rest.
